In my previous role at a Micro finance organisation, I managed over 120 staff members, regularly monitoring attendance, ensuring compliance, and handling EPFO processes effectively .As the recruiter, I oversaw end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while leveraging expertise in HRIS, MS Excel, and Outlook for seamless operations and reporting .I also maintained low attrition rates in the region through proactive employee engagement and performance initiatives, aligning with statutory requirements.
