Responsibilities: Leading a team of five Electricians, reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports. Planning required upgradation for electrical switch gear to achieve production quality and cost minimizing. Regularly give Single Point Kaizen(SPK) and Pokayoka to give benefit in production and safety Observation. Attend Morning meeting with team for Safety talk, Tool box Talk(TBT) and awareness of new Technology and implementation & Work distribution. Forecast and prepare budget for electrical related activities i.e. maintenance, shutdown and project for consolidation into department yearly Work Program and Budget(WPB). Administrate the relevant contract, its contractors and suppliers associated to works as contract holder to ensure compliance to the, policies and guidelines set to support the maintenance needs. Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes. Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer.
