Roles & Responsibility

I am responsible for managing and maintaining virtualized infrastructure using VMware vSphere and ESXi hosts. My role includes performing daily health checks, patching, and upgrades for Windows servers, Azure environments, and HPE physical servers via iLO (versions 4, 5, 6). I also handle Azure Arc integration, Windows Failover Clustering, and infrastructure monitoring through SCOM. Additional responsibilities include working with ServiceNow for incident/change management, configuring HPE OneView, and troubleshooting network and performance issues using tools like Riverbed.
