I am deeply invested in the music business and have gained hands on experience working with One Mind Music, the label founded by Arjun Kanungo. As a Marketing & A&R Assistant, I have collaborated with influencer marketing agencies, briefing them to ensure the best results, while also working closely with music distributor and DSPs, reaching out to both national and international radio stations to promote One Mind Music catalogue, as well as coordinating with other labels to support our artists. I also played a key role in establishing the publishing arm of the label, setting up One Mind Music as a music publisher with CMOs including PPL, IPRS, ISAMRA, and PRS.
