• Handling production issues, website outages, and performance-related incidents.
• Monitoring applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and stability.
• Performing incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-based resolutions.
• Supporting and troubleshooting SFCC applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Working with MuleSoft Anypoint APIs to monitor and support system integrations.
• Coordinating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Managing support tickets, escalations, and post-incident documentation.
