Preparing MIS Reports on dispatch of products, Sales Report, etc. for all the clients, updating Logistic Reports for the products sent to customers and collecting the POD copies and client payment following. Coordinating with customers/Factory.

Creating Purchase order, stock follow-ups, vendor payment processing, GRN and Purchase invoice creations. Manage all couriers systems to prepare package address labels, invoices, E-Way bills and other required documentations correctly for dispatching the products.

Payment Collection Report, Pending Spares Data. Maintaining and updating Logistic Reports, Coordinating with field staff for dispatch of products and Services.

Attending all inbound and outbound calls with regard to Tele-verification. Handling escalation calls. To provide training on Post-paid and pre-paid SIM activation. To give Welcome call to the post-paid customers.
