▪ Monitoring all the machining activities and outgoing quality of the transmission & engine parts. ▪ Arrange in-house quality audits & monitor all activities; also responsible for getting dispatch clearance. ▪ Analysis of line through back parts (LTB Audit). ▪ Well conversant with PDCA, ISO 9001:2015, SPC, & 7-QC tools. ▪ Assisting in the implementation of development activities such as Quality Core Tools, SPC, in-house quality process audit, and product audit. ▪ Weekly meetings on customer, in-house PPM/quality related issues & follow up on preparing action plans. ▪ Ensure proper implementation and analysis of customer complaints & take corrective & preventive actions in the process. ▪ Knowledge of drawing dimensions, CMM reports,root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures through Kaizen, Poka Yoke. ▪ Knowledge of quality process documents, control plans, SOPs, control charts, and annexures. ▪ Knowledge of 7QC tools & handling of QA gauges & instruments. ▪ Make audit plans, execute audits, and close loops with actions. ▪ Execute daily process audits, testing process audits, randomly finish product audits, CVL action audits, torque audits, tear down audits, cleaning machine audits, Poka-Yoke audits, operator deployment audits. ▪ Rework and field complaint analysis for improvement in the process of eliminating rework.
