Process Developer – Record to Report Responsible for optimizing and managing fixed assets processes within the Record to Report function at Genpact. Key duties include ensuring accurate asset capitalization, reconciliation, depreciation computation, and compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and drive automation initiatives for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and support audits to maintain data integrity and regulatory adherence. Leverage analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the end-to-end fixed assets management process.
