Responsible for repairing and performing quality checks on petrol engines, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability. Lead initiatives to reduce takt time and streamline processes, enhancing production efficiency. Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engine performance and operational targets. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify defects and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards within the manufacturing or service environment.
