Manage manpower by conducting briefings, coordinating schedules, and maintaining seamless communication within the transport team. Address client complaints promptly and maintain accurate documentation and records. Ensure timely email updates and resolve operational issues to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsible for managing end-to-end transport operations, ensuring SLA compliance, quality service, and cost efficiency. Conduct regular audits, MIS reporting, and vehicle optimization analysis. Manage vendor performance through periodic evaluations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Lead team briefings, training sessions, and handle BCP situations effectively. Collaborate with operations through floor walks to drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
