1️⃣ Monitoring Health Programs Monitor implementation of NHM and other health schemes. Track performance of sub-centres, PHCs, CHCs. Ensure targets (immunization, maternal health, TB, etc.) are achieved. 2️⃣ Data Collection & Reporting Collect monthly data from health institutions. Verify data accuracy (HMIS, RCH portal, ABHA, etc.). Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for BMO/CMO. Maintain records and documentation. 3️⃣ Field Visits & Supervision Conduct regular field visits. Check registers, stock position, and service delivery. Identify gaps and suggest corrective actions. 4️⃣ Review Meetings Participate in block-level review meetings. Present performance reports. Follow up on action points. 5️⃣ Data Analysis 6️⃣ Coordination 7️⃣ Quality Assurance
