Roles & Responsibility include giving support of busy software and busy software customization, giving demos to clients and implementing the busy software or busy software (customization), understanding customer queries and providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues, rerouting customer calls to development department when advanced solutions are needed, keeping record for all AMC, keeping record for all complaints and resolving them timely, and maintaining customer feedback list.
