Spearheading day-to-day technical operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability of high-capacity dairy equipment including butter-making, packaging, and refrigeration systems. Actively involved in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and enhance equipment reliability. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to address equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and identify process improvement opportunities. Utilizing CMMS tools to monitor maintenance KPIs, maintain technical logs, and support data-driven decision-making for asset management. Providing hands-on technical support during equipment upgrades, system modifications, and safety audits.
