Vaghela Himanshu Maheshbhai

I hold a Diploma in Automobile Engineering and a certification in Mechanic Motor Vehicle from the Industrial Training Institute. I began my career as a Production Team Member at Ford India’s Sanand Vehicle and Engine Assembly Plant, where I gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle assembly processes and advanced manufacturing technologies. During this time, I also completed various trainings in communication skills, personality development, safety risk assessment, Kaizen, 5S, and time management. After two years at Ford India, I pursued a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, during which I completed an internship at the Mercedes-Benz Central Star authorized dealership. There, I developed expertise in vehicle service, maintenance, and diagnostics using state-of-the-art tools and facilities. Following my internship, I worked at Mercedes-Benz Central Star as a VPC (Vehicle Preparation Center) In-charge, where I managed new vehicle stock inventory, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and all VPC-related activities. Recently I was working at Jaguar Land Rover Cargo Motors as a PDI In-charge, Here I'm Responsible for planning and managing PDI activities, conducting new vehicle inspections, overseeing inventory, and coordinating accessory fitment and inspections. I am passionate about the automotive industry and continuously strive to enhance my technical and professional skills to deliver excellence in every role I undertake.
