Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, assess student performance, and provide mentorship to support student success. Act as program coordinator, organizing and overseeing academic and extracurricular events to enhance departmental engagement. Collaborate with faculty to maintain curriculum standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
