As Faculty in the Training Department, I initially specialized as a Spoken English Trainer, enhancing learners’ communication skills. Progressively, I expanded my scope to lead and manage the training center, overseeing operations and program delivery. I have also conducted corporate training sessions, successfully driving measurable performance improvements. Additionally, I contributed to the company’s jewelry vertical by creating engaging, SEO-optimized content for the website and e-commerce platforms, supporting brand growth and online sales. My multifaceted experience demonstrates adaptability, leadership, and a results-driven approach.
