I’m a recent MBA (HR) graduate with hands-on experience in recruitment and core HR through my internship and academic HR conclave activities. During my internship, I worked on end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, resume screening, ATS handling, interview coordination, onboarding support, and reporting. I’ve also gained practical exposure to screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding support through HR conclave responsibilities.
