Gurdeep Singh Matharu

My name is Gurdeep Singh Matharu, and I am a 56-year-old professional currently based in Dhanori, Lohegaon, Pune. I am an undergraduate with a total of 27 years of work experience, including 17 years in international BPO voice processes. I worked with WNS for 15 years, where I handled various international travel and airline processes such as Air Canada Reservations, TUI.com, Kiwi.com, and the Air Canada Central Baggage Office (CBO). During my tenure in the CBO process, I was promoted to the role of Flex Process Trainer, where I supported team members through training, shared process knowledge, and ensured high-quality customer service standards. After completing a successful 15-year journey with WNS, I took a short break in February 2024 to refresh myself and explore new opportunities. I am now actively seeking a suitable role where I can leverage my extensive experience, strong communication skills, and industry knowledge to contribute positively to your organization.
