Led Product Discovery through user research, competitor analysis, and data insights to identify improvements for aerospace learning products and simulation modules. Managed the Product backlog, wrote user stories, defined acceptance criteria, and collaborated with engineering & design teams to deliver features using Agile/Scrum. Conducted technical Product discovery by analyzing system logs, user behavior data, and platform performance metrics to identify feature gaps in LMS module and aerospace simulation systems. Researched best practices for the customers and vetted documents with team and I delivered the products and managed Sprint workflows, and coordinated with engineering and feature delivery, integration and architecture considerations.

Tracked key Product metrics (engagement, completion rates, user satisfaction) and ran A/B experiments to optimize UI/UX and overall student learning experience. Learned and implemented Figma, Notion, Jira, Miro and Google analytics. Defined detailed PRD’s. API-Level requirements, and acceptance criteria by sprint workflows and timelines. Conducted competitive analysis and identified opportunities for product demos and Used Analytics tools (GA/Mixpanel) to optimize load times, module completion flow, and platform interaction patterns.
