Control the Quality of PLASTIC MOLDING, ELECTROPLATING, PAINTING components & its process. ? To confirm the injection Moulding in-process inspections as per the quality control plan and drawing. ? Manage the Quality Technician task shift wise on Moulding area as per define job responsibility. ? Control and Monitor defect/non-confirming products at in process stage and control the subsequent rejection and internal customer complaints. ? Cross check/Verify the in-process quality & inspection records. ? Root Cause analysis for non-conformity and corrective/preventive action implementation. ? Provide training to Production Operators, Team Leaders and Quality Technicians. ? Coordinating document control activities and maintenance of inspection records. ? Control the in-process rejection as per the target by taking actual corrective action. ? To update rejection & rework record in ERP system. ? New tool trial activity (layout inspection, document preparation, GAUGE INSPECTION) PPAP document submitting to customer. ? New product validation at supplier end. ? Supplier audit ? Co-ordinate with manufacturing team for parts trials. ? Meeting with tool maker for customer events. ? Meeting with customer and fitment trial at customer end in T0 stage. • Document To support for QMS activity. On time NC (Customer closure & effectiveness monitoring. Calibration/MSA/SPC/Layout - Plan Vs. Actual. Support in development activity (PFD/PFMEA/CP/MSA/SPC/PPAP.) Checking fixture concept & validation. To identify & Implementation of Kaizen/Poka-yoke for full proofing. • Overall Quality of electroplating parts

Regularly confirm the measurement device , gauges and testing like as Digital vernier calliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Pin gauge, Radius Gauge, Push Pull gauge, Lux meter, Raw material testing, Acid test, RPM test, Reflex Reflector HV Photomatric test etc. . Manpower handle and maintain 5s on shop floor.
