Roles & Responsibility

Responsibilities:- • Adherence to key Collection Process. • Manage a Team of 7 Assistant Manager, 6 On roll Field Executives and 1 Agencies (2 Supervisor). • Handle Collections for (SME and Business) Loan’s from Bucket- 1 to Infinity for entire area. • Monitoring timely Allocation, Target setting and uniform distribution of allocation according to the manpower placement. • Undertake joint fieldwork with Field Executives. • Reporting with all daily MIS of my assigned region to Assistant Manager’s. • Customer quire/request/complain all details capture and resolved. • Processing Collection Settlement Proposals to Senior Management after negotiating with the customers directly for the region.
