Supervise and motivate the sales team, ensuring effective lead allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous training. Maintain compliance with bank policies, regulatory standards, and RBI guidelines. Foster strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, while addressing escalations promptly. Oversee documentation, KYC adherence, and audit requirements. Prepare detailed MIS reports on loan disbursements and sales metrics, driving team productivity and process improvements.
