I'm a Fresher Company Secretary with practical exposure to routine corporate compliance under the Companies Act, 2013. Over the last two years, I have involved in handling ROC filings, preparation of statutory records and secretarial documentations for private companies. My experience includes assisting in annual compliance such as preparation of directors report, annual returns, financial statements filings and maintenance of statutory registers. I have also worked on issue and allotment of shares and convertible instruments through private placement, including preparation and filing of PAS forms. In addition, I have handled FEMA related compliance such as FLA return and assisted in coordinating regulatory filings and documentation. I am comfortable working with board and shareholder documentation, resolutions and timelines.
