Segment customers based on risk levels using delinquency, utilization, and payment behaviour. Analyzed risk segment movements to identify early warning signals, emerging high-risk customers, and potential default trends. Provide risk-segment insights to support credit risk, collections, and portfolio monitoring teams Design, develop, and maintain BAU reports for Personal Loan and Credit Card portfolios, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights. Build and manage Alteryx workflow but mainly for modifying existing workflows based on new requirements. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checks to ensure accuracy and identify anomalies.
