Over the past 10+ years, I have developed valuable experience in the international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. During this time, I have refined my communication skills, gained a strong understanding of customer service best practices, and learned how to manage client relationships effectively. Additionally, I have worked with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds, which has enhanced my cultural sensitivity. To further improve my skills, I completed a master's program in data science at IIT Madras GUVI.
