Roles & Responsibility

Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance. Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure service satisfaction and to upsell new products. Assist customers with application processes and documentation.
