I'm a Kolkata-based AI and data professional with 3+ years of experience across AI output evaluation, compliance operations, data quality assurance, and NLP model training. My career has primarily been with Amazon Development Centre, where I worked on large-scale AI-assisted content review, built Python and SQL automation pipelines, trained and mentored new hires, and drove measurable improvements in accuracy and efficiency. Before Amazon, I worked as an AI Trainer at Web Spiders India, where I trained and evaluated NLP models using BERT and transformer architectures — which is also where my hands-on AI journey began. I hold a Master of Computer Applications from Manipal University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Brainware University, Kolkata. My core strengths sit at the intersection of AI evaluation, data operations, and structured problem-solving. I'm comfortable working with Python, SQL, Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and I've applied these across annotation workflows, compliance pipelines, and automation frameworks.
