Responsible for material planning and inventory coordination to ensure seamless production flow aligned with customer requirements. Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on manpower plans. Monitor production status and dispatch timelines to meet delivery targets. Manage manpower allocation and coordinate shop floor activities, collaborating closely with dispatch, purchasing, stores, and production teams to optimize operational efficiency and maintain consistent workflow.

Responsible for comprehensive documentation of production planning and scheduling aligned with customer timelines. Oversee production assembly and manpower allocation to meet planned targets. Maintain accurate stock records within ERP, including BOM creation and updates. Prepare daily MIS reports to track production metrics. Monitor material availability, promptly addressing shortages to prevent disruptions. Analyze OEE, Plan vs. Actual performance, and scrap rates to optimize efficiency. Ensure physical raw material inventory reconciles accurately with ERP data, supporting seamless production operations.

Preparation of stock data weekly basis. To monitor monthly & weekly production planning. Maintain material codification according to package requirements and product-wise data. Daily stock maintain in manual system. To control and monitor the rejection and scrap. Issuing stock according to FIFO method. To monitor & do the production planning according to the customer schedule. To monitor the Raw material availability as per plan.

Oversee injection molding production ensuring high-quality component output through mold changes and precise parameter settings. Optimize resource utilization to meet production targets while maintaining strict adherence to quality control techniques. Manage manpower effectively and uphold 5S standards and related activities. Maintain and update check sheets including work standards and process checks. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and POKAYOKE. Prepare final production and rejection reports and accurately record production data in SAP, contributing to seamless operations and quality assurance.
