Manages core HR operations including Statutory Compliances (ESIC, PF), weekly Duty Roster management, and Attendance administration. Key responsibilities also include accurate Payroll processing, maintaining comprehensive employee records and Personal Files, conducting Exit Formalities (including Full and Final Settlements), and fostering a positive workplace through Employee Engagement activities and clear internal communication. Ensures adherence to all essential company policies (POSH, Leave, Training, Exit).
