Alignment of Vehicles in minimum cost as per market standards/Weight. Manage the all documents of fixed vehicles RC/Fitness/Insurance/Pollution/Passing etc. Manager all deliveries with these vehicles, Ensure 95% on time delivery in time limit. Ensure to take the hurdle and meeting with driver & Transporters once a week. Record Keeping of Kilometer Registers / Toll Taxes / Road Challans. Regular follow up with various transport vendors for New alignment or Renewal of Agreements.
