Investigated flagged transactions using systems like, Web IR, Playbook, and eDocs. 6. Escalated high-risk or suspicious cases to senior analysts. 7. Ensured adherence to AML policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures. 8. Maintained high accuracy and completed all alerts within SLA timelines. 9. Collaborated with QC/QA teams to resolve discrepancies and improve alert quality.
