We work on Workflows/Tickets, if any client need anything related to their Insurance they create a ticket for that and then we take care of the ticket whatever the issue was, we solve and update the customer's account accordingly. I received lot of appreciations from the clients so far and In October 2022, I received promotion on my performance, also salary package was increased. When I joined, my designation was 'Benefits Operations Administrator' and then after received promotion the designation was changed with 'Solutions Delivery Analyst'.
