Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT or other modalities as assigned Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and cooperation Operate radiographic equipment safely and accurately Follow radiation protection and safety protocols (ALARA principles) Verify patient identity and examination requests Monitor patients during procedures and respond to emergencies Minimize radiation exposure to patients, staff, and self Perform routine equipment checks and quality control tests Report equipment faults and coordinate maintenance Ensure proper use of protective devices (lead aprons, shields) Perform CT scans and contrast studies Monitor patients for contrast reactions
