Roles & Responsibilities: Assisted in processing purchase and sales invoices and updating them in the accounting system. Maintained and verified vendor and customer ledgers for accuracy and timely updates. Supported in bank reconciliation by matching company records with bank statements. Helped in preparing GST & TDS working sheets for return filing and compliance. Assisted in cash application and payment posting activities for accounts receivable. Worked on MS Excel reports (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data management and analysis. Coordinated with senior accountants in month-end closing and journal entries. Gained exposure to Tally ERP / ERP tools for day-to-day accounting functions.
