During this period, I have gained extensive knowledge and practical experience in Gold Loan operations, Sales, Group Loan management, and Insurance services. My responsibilities included customer handling, loan processing, sales promotion, documentation, and team coordination. In addition to my core experience, I am also proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, which has helped me efficiently prepare reports, maintain customer databases, and create presentations for management and clients. Through my professional journey, I have developed strong communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills that contribute to achieving organizational goals effectively.
