Roles & Responsibility

Managing end-to-end accounting operations for multiple group companies including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliances. Ensuring timely filing of GST and TDS returns and monitoring tax liabilities. Preparing and analyzing monthly cash flow and Profit & Loss statements for financial planning and performance review. Handling complete payroll processing including EPF, ESIC, leave encashment, and statutory deductions. Leading and supervising a team of 5 members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Finalizing books of accounts as per accounting standards. Performing creditor/debtor and bank reconciliations. Overseeing purchase, sales, and attendance records. Providing MIS reports and financial insights to management.
