A Soft Service Executive is responsible for managing non-technical facility services such as housekeeping, cleaning quality, hygiene, manpower coordination, and customer satisfaction in residential or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities
Ensure cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, washrooms, common areas, and offices
Monitor cleaning chemicals, machines, and consumables stock
Conduct daily inspections / rounds to maintain service quality
Handle resident/client complaints related to housekeeping and resolve them quickly
Prepare daily reports, attendance, and work schedules
Coordinate with vendors for cleaning materials and services
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, grooming, and safety
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety procedures
Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in soft services
