Right now, I work at Teleperformance as a Business Analyst for YouTube TV and the NFL. That means I help people who want to subscribe to watch NFL games online. I try to understand what they like and need so I can help them pick the best way to watch their favorite teams and channels. If there's a difficult problem we can't fix easily, I work with a special team to find the answer and make sure the person knows what's happening. My main job is to make sure our customers are happy and to keep good notes so we can make things even better for them in the future.
