I have hands-on experience in the complete personal loan login process across multiple leading banks and NBFCs, including HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, IndusInd, Axis, Tata Capital, Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL), Piramal Finance, Bajaj Finance, IDFC First Bank, Yes Bank, InCred, Finnable etc. My responsibilities include: Customer documentation collection & verification (KYC, income documents, bank statements, CIBIL etc.) Login process handling on various bank/NBFC portals Coordinating with bankers/credit managers for file pickup, application update, and discrepancy resolution Explaining loan requirements to customers clearly and helping them arrange missing documents Raising queries and resolving deviations as per bank policies Following up with customers for signatures, e-mandates, e-NACH & video KYC Tracking application status till approval, sanction & disbursement Maintaining MIS and ensuring smooth communication between customer and banker Working with multiple bank portals, understanding their login requirements, turnaround time, and policy guidelines.
