Prepare and submit KPI for T&T and Legacy BU on monthly basis and review with line manager  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth operations. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.  Scrap out expired and unused material as per EPR compliance. Biomedical and E waste disposal and it's compliance. Implement the safety protocols in warehouse.  Manage supplier relationships and undertake contract negotiation within the approved pricing policy to ensure favorable terms and prices  Reverse Logistics - Documentation and control. Reconciliation of sales invoice & related GST Invoice.

Product Planning, PO forecasting and liaison with factories to import material from overseas in order to sell across India  Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to collect the sales forecast and decide the PO qty on the basis of day supply, taking care of stock on hand and expected incoming.  Inventory control, review stock purchased by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing.  Coordination with Logistic coordinator for import shipment and Local transports and do follow up with overseas vendors for shipping schedule.

Support Product Manager in organizing & co-coordinating monthly forecast meetings for inventory control  Based on the sales forecast, prepare product procurement plan (model wise)  Analyze the inventory status & communicate with Factory about placing order of products & manage the defined lead-time  Coordinating with Sony Global Supply Chain Management Team, Sony Marketing Asia Pacific team & Sony Factories for accurate & timely execution of the purchase order placed.  Providing six months’ forecast and planning for production/ import and Sales  Liaison with import team for clearance of imported goods at various locations across India.  Ensure seamless integration with logistics/warehouse/accounts/finance/sales and customer service
