Managed end-to-end operations and expansion responsibilities across multiple cities at the early startup stage. Identified and finalized new franchise locations across different cities. Planned workshop layouts, and supervised complete outlet setup and installation. Coordinated with multiple vendors for equipment, consumables, and operational support. Recruited, trained, and deployed mechanics and service staff. Handled client onboarding and franchise partner management. Travelled frequently to cities like Mumbai, Guwahati, Vadodara, and Surat, etc., for outlet setup and operational support. Worked closely with the founder, Mr. Krunal Rana , to scale the company to a structured, growing franchise model.
