Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring for multiple departments. Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Apna or Linkedin) etc. Conducting telephonic and personal interviews in cordination with department heads. Overseeing onboarding and ensuring smooth integration of new employees. Handling payroll and resolving salary related queries promptly. Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records. Addressing employee relations matters and fostering a positive work environment. Coordinating with department heads for effective team and staffing management. Supporting performance management, reviews, and employee development. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company HR policies. Organising employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
