Delivered end-to-end support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to international clients, including virtual machine provisioning using SCVMM and Citrix XenCenter, (with GPU-Enabled VM configurations). Managed multi-level backup workflows using Veeam Backup, integrating QNAP and Wasabi storage for primary, secondary, and tertiary data protection. Assisted in implementing IPSec Policies to secure inter-VM communication within VDI networks. Developed a GUI-based self-service user management tool for password resets and account unlocks, reducing dependency on support teams.
