Led students onboarding and managed LMS (Learning Management System) training for student cohorts, ensuring effective delivery and progress tracking. Provided training to Faculties and University Admins for LMS uses and customized the LMS as per the requirement of different businesses. Collaborated with batch managers to monitor and report weekly student progress, ensuring alignment with training objectives and timelines. Coordinated and Liaised with external vendors, freelance trainers, and internal teams (Revenue, Sales, Marketing) to manage payouts, ensure SLA compliance, and facilitate budget planning. Prepared and presented detailed MIS reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets (Query), SQL and PowerBI to support performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
