I have total 4.5 years experience in various companies like In TECH MAHINDRA ( OYO PROCESS ) I have worked as GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER ( ESCALATION DEPARTMENT) for 6 Months ( Resigned due to COVID 19) , In HERO MOTOCORPS DEALERSHIP ( AUTO POINT GORAKHPUR) I have worked as TECHNICAL COORDINATOR AND TRAINER & WARRANTY INCHARGE for 2.5 Years ( My role was to handle all technical issues related to BS6 NORMS BIKES , WARRANTY MANAGEMENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT i.e. DIGITAL MARKETING , SEO and ADVERTISMENT MANAGEMENT of Dealership and It's Products), and at last I have worked with PAL JAY POWER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ( FORMERLY KNOWN AS CUMMINS SALES AND SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED) as OUTLET COORDINATOR ( SERVICE and SALES SUPPORT) for 1 year and 3 Months , Here My role was to handle all Service related Operations , handling sales of Service Products , Extended Service warranty , Vendor Management ( PURCHASE ORDER GENERATION , CLEARANCE OF PAYMENT OF VENDORS) , WARRANTY MANAGEMENT, CENTRAL CONTRACT CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT. In this way I have a good experience of handling the team , revenue generation and Doing Marketing of the Firm digitally over the Internet. I have already done the certification in advance digital Marketing which can be very beneficial to grow the firm in today's competitive world.
