Responsible for supporting overall store operations, driving sales performance, managing inventory, ensuring merchandising standards, leading and developing store teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, controlling shrinkage, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, ATV, ASP, UPT, and Conversion, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
