I am a Technical Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows and Linux server administration, and Disaster Recovery & Backup operations. I currently work with ESDS Software Solutions, Nashik, where I support enterprise production environments. My responsibilities include server provisioning, OS installation and patching, system hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting, along with 24×7 production support. I have practical experience in Disaster Recovery drills and operations using tools such as Carbonite and Kyndryl DRM, as well as backup and replication monitoring. I also work on security compliance, log monitoring using Nxlog, and basic database configuration (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL). I regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams during maintenance windows, DR activities, and infrastructure changes, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. I hold certifications including RHCSA, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), and AWS Cloud Practitioner, and I have a strong foundation in cybersecurity fundamentals and system hardening.
