Project lead for Laari Khojo. Developing a real-time vendor discovery platform with Meta Cloud API automated WhatsApp workflows for daily location updates, inactivity reminders and loan inquiries to street vendors. Deployed Laari Khojo API (Node.js, Express) and vendor-facing map using React, Leaflet.js, and MongoDB Atlas. Enabled low-tech onboarding, live vendor conversation tracking, and CRM for loan requests and support calls on Admin Dashboard, improving vendor response rates and map accuracy at scale. Additionally contributing to the design and development of internal digital products and client dashboards to support vendor services and field operations.
