 Filtering suitable candidates as per defined Job Description and Scheduling interviews on call, briefing candidates before and after interviews.  End to end Coordination with the Candidates for joining formalities post Selection.  Follow up with candidates on Offer Acceptance till Joining. Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment for all verticals and industries.  Maintaining MIS Record of all Interactions with Candidates and sending reports on regular intervals
