Ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with quality standards to enhance client satisfaction. Participate in training and onboarding to accelerate new resource ramp-up. Track Accurate Standard Time (AST) to drive accountability and operational excellence. Implement process improvements that reduce turnaround time and improve accuracy, delivering measurable client cost savings. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure error-free documentation and minimize risks.
